Assembly and installation of IKEA kitchen cabinet (provided). Relocation and drilling for hinges of existing door. Installation of and cutting to size of panelling up to ceiling (provided). Installation of unfinished and unpainted MDF end panel (not provided, happy to pay for or provide). Additionally we have purchased: - Filler panel for joining the top of the cabinet to the ceiling, needs cutting to size and installing - Feet - Kickboard in 2m length, needs cutting to length - Ikea "Metod" mounting panel for the wall, needs cutting to length - Cover strip to hide edge of cabinet: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/metod-cover-strip-vertical-white-00270983/ - Hinges Laundry door will be provided. The existing hinge placement won't work for the pantry unit so we need to either move the existing hinges, or use the Ikea hinges we've purchased https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/utrusta-hinge-w-b-in-damper-for-kitchen-60524883/. We have not purchased any screws/brackets for attaching the filler panels. We also have not yet purchased an end panel. We're planning to paint this to match the walls, so an installation of an unfinished MDF panel on the end is probably what we want to do for now. There are some remedial works (involves a bit of electrical) left around the house. There is also cabinet purchased for Laundry. Tiles are done (just left some sides skirting) and cabinet installation, remedial works and painting. We also need to install the sink (purchased) and stone (to be purchased). All purchases were done with expert advice and exact measurements. The laundry is a 3x3 sqm space. We accept inspection and project pricing.

This job is for a strata apartment in Pyrmont. Secure onsite parking is available. This task involved two small jobs (1) installation of an IKEA KNOXHULT (120x75) over the kitchen tap. I am doing a bathroom reno and I need a wall hung cabinet and mirror installed. Both need to go directly onto wall. Ie before we tile around them. The plumbing is already in. The cabinet is 1800mm and the Mirror is 2000mm. I expect that the mirror will need ply or the like screwed in first to raise the height of the mirror to slightly above the tile. I need the job done on Friday or Saturday. Offers welcome!

I have a leak on the wall and we suspect it could be because the screws used to hung the cabinet are too deep and the cavity wall has been perforated. (It’s a double brick building) The leak has been there for years but it only happens when we get massive rain. I require someone experienced with cabinet removal and install . The roof is not on the top floor and in the room above there is no leak so that’s why we believe is from the side which is an external wall. Do you have experience with leaks like this one?
