Wooden edge of tiled area is rotting and needs to be replaced. Wooden handrail also needs to be replaced. Total length of balustrade is 11m.

Pickup a clear and glass panel door from Carbrook (near Logan) and deliver to Mudgeeraba(near Robina). Door size 2340 mm x 870mm. Large glass panel. Advice given for safe transport: It will need to be secured upright on its side edge, NOT flat, as this can increase the risk of breakage from vibrations and pressure points. The door should be padded with foam sheets or moving blankets during transport. Anti-slip bases or rubber pads should be under the door on the floor to prevent it from sliding. Carpenter to glue / fix vinyl floor boards - they have too much movement, big gaps between. Another job is to fix or replace vinyl floor edge angle boards as per photo. Sharp metal edges on the corner were sticking up. I have bolted it down as a temp fix - needs a proper solution. And one more job will be to replace 7x hardwood boards in the outside stairs - cut them to shape as in photo to fit around the posts. Price includes all consumables as in hardwood and bolts etc.
