I got two structural timber posts that require replacing as wood is already losing strength.

I need a handyman/cabinetmaker to reattach a bathroom vanity cabinet door that has come completely off. The two hinges are still attached to the door, but the hinge mounting plates have pulled out of the side of the cabinet, leaving damaged/enlarged screw holes. Photos attached. The job is to: Repair/reinforce the damaged screw holes in the cabinet Securely reinstall both hinge mounting plates Reattach the existing cabinet door Adjust and align the hinges so the door opens, closes and sits correctly Supply any replacement screws/fixings required Replace a hinge or mounting plate if necessary I am looking for a proper, durable repair, rather than simply screwing the hinges back into the existing damaged holes. The existing door and hinges appear to be in good condition. Please bring the appropriate tools and fixings for repairing cabinetry/particleboard. A leak from kitchen sink pipes has damaged cabinets underneath. The wood is swollen and now the dishwasher adjacent to the cupboards wont open

I have a 1960s house and require a flat, fixed-labor quote for a series of small, straightforward carpentry and maintenance repairs before exterior house painting. I can pre-purchase any structural timber or trims at Bunnings for you to pick up. Scope of Work: Windows Maintenance: Repair/adjust/replace a few older timber windows that are currently refusing to open and close smoothly. Missing Roof Lining: Measure, cut, and securely install one small missing panel of eaves/roof lining timber so the surface is flush and ready for paint. Staircase Handrail: Install/fix one standard 2m section of timber handrail alongside the stairs to meet safety compliance. Garage Wall Dirt Clearance: Use a shovel to clear soil back away from the brick garage wall by 150mm (approx 3m wide section), line the trench with weed matting, and fill with drainage gravel to clear the bricks. Rodent Proofing kitchen area and roof. Please provide a flat, fixed labor quote to complete this 1-day maintenance run. Note, these are not areas I can easily photograph. Prefer on-site assessment. The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.
