I have undone all the electricals and bolts just need someone to take the engine out and put one I have already in its a Subaru Forester 2004

Some kids vandalised my car and smashed the rear spoiler. Since then, I suspect water may have gotten into the tailgate/electrics. Trying to figure out whether it makes more sense to: a) replace the whole tailgate, or b) keep the existing tailgate, repair the electrical issues, and source a replacement spoiler separately Current symptoms: Brake lights not working properly Rear tailgate/boot locking actuator no longer working Tail lights still functioning Car: 2007 Subaru Outback wagon 2.5L (BP facelift / Gen 4) Looking for someone experienced with electrical faults to: * diagnose the problem properly * advise on the most sensible repair path * potentially complete the repair if straightforward

Reverse camera install — 2011/2012 Subaru Forester Need a reverse camera installed on my 2011–2012 Subaru Forester (SH model). I'm supplying the camera — it's a standard aftermarket camera with an RCA video output and a red/black power wire (photo attached). The car already has an aftermarket Android head unit installed, so this is a labour-only job. The work involves: Mounting the camera at the rear (number plate area / tailgate) Running the RCA cable from the tailgate, through the rubber boot grommet, forward under the trim to the dash head unit Wiring the reverse trigger so the camera switches on automatically when I select reverse Tidy reinstatement of any trim removed There's an existing (incompatible) camera that may need removing or its wiring tidied out of the way. Looking for: an auto electrician or experienced car audio / 12V installer — not a general handyman. This is auto-electrical work and I'd like it done cleanly (proper crimps/solder and heatshrink, no scotch-locks, no pinched cables). Looking for an experienced mechanic or automotive diagnostician near Elwood, VIC to inspect my 1995 Subaru Impreza GC3 EJ16 automatic. The car currently has no warning lights, but I want a full health check and proper diagnostic inspection before future repairs/RWC. A lot of suspension and front-end parts have already been replaced, including: * control arms * sway bar bushes * ball joints * CV axles * wheel bearings * brake rotors and pads I want someone to properly inspect the rest of the car and check if everything is working correctly. I need the rear windscreen of my 2017 Subaru levorg supplied and replaced as it has been smashed. Need to be able to get glass out of the rear as well as I don’t want it to always rattle. Plastics have been removed to make this all easier for you

Good job for someone handy with locks or cars. My car got broken into and has had a screwdriver put into the lock barrel on the drivers side door and around the same time the lock cylinder fell out of the passenger side door. I would like to take out the lock cylinder from the passenger side door and put it in the drivers side door. I need to be able to get in and out of my drivers door and can’t currently. I don’t mind if my car doesn’t lock at all as I keep nothing in it and have a steering wheel lock. No parts needed, I just have no tools so can’t do this my self- got as far as removing the internal door panel. But couldn’t remove the bolts related to the lock cylinder on the door, would need a rachett or a breaker bar to do this.

I have changed clutch once before but I am not a professional so I am happy to follow someone's lead. I will be happy to help with the labour, holding things, showing light, whatever it takes. Coolant level is stable and the car isn’t overheating, so I’m hoping it’s the oil cooler seal/O-ring rather than anything major. Only one nut... Pretty seized... While trying to remove one of the control arm bolts on my 2004 Subaru legacy/liberty sedan I ran into a seized 19mm nut which I can't remove. I've tried a breaker bar, (some) heat, penetrants etc... maybe a really powerful impact wrench might be the tool for the job, or just more heat and leverage. Car is currently on Jack stands in my backyard. Can move a few metres but won't drive anywhere for the fix due to other unrelated issues, so the job will likely have to be done at my address on the ground. I have two reasonably new Subarus (2–3 years old) with a few very small scratches that I’d like buffed or polished out. One car is white and the other is Autumn Green (both Subaru factory colours). The scratches are quite minor - just surface level - but I’d like them professionally removed. Photos are attached showing the scratches. Ideally you could come to me, and I can meet at either Ravenhall or South Yarra. However, I’m also happy to travel locally if needed.
