Looking for someone experienced with car audio/auto electrical work to replace the factory amplifier in my Subaru Forester 2.5i-S (SK/Gen 5). The current factory amp appears to have failed – the front and rear door speakers are not working, while the tweeters and factory subwoofer are still operating. I have already sourced a second-hand genuine Subaru replacement amplifier (OEM part 86221SJ013). The factory amp is located under the front passenger seat, so the seat will likely need to be unbolted and lifted/tilted to access it. Installer needs to be comfortable working around the factory seat/SRS wiring. Job involves: * Disconnect battery as required * Unbolt/lift passenger seat for access * Remove existing factory amplifier * Install second-hand OEM replacement amplifier * Reconnect all factory wiring/connectors * Refit passenger seat * Test front/rear speakers and overall audio operation No aftermarket stereo installation or rewiring required – this should be a straightforward OEM amp replacement. I want to put double din stereo in my Subaru Forester

Location: Mount Hawthorn Budget: $100. Open to reasonable offers. Date: Today, Wednesday 23 September 2026. Preferably completed during the day. Otherwise, completion around 9 pm tonight is suitable, with 10 pm the absolute latest. The entire installation must be finished today. Looking for someone competent with automotive accessory and light bar installations to install a 40-inch Kings light bar on my 2019 Subaru Forester. I already have: • 40-inch Kings light bar • Mounting brackets supplied with the light bar • Kings wiring loom and installation kit The light bar is to be mounted across the roof on existing aftermarket roof racks. The supplied brackets are not specifically made for these racks, so some modification or drilling of the racks or brackets may be required to mount it securely. For the electrical installation, I would like: • Kings wiring loom installed neatly • Light bar connected to the vehicle’s high beam circuit • Isolator/on-off switch fitted inside the vehicle • Wiring routed from the engine bay or cabin up to the roof as neatly and discreetly as possible • Installer to determine the best cable route, including via a pillar if appropriate • Wiring properly secured, protected and weatherproofed • No loose or obvious wiring running around the windscreen or exterior • Installation to look as close to factory as reasonably possible No drilling through the vehicle roof or body without discussing it with me and getting approval first. The installation needs to avoid water ingress, damage to trims, wind noise or other issues caused by the cable route. Once installed, I would like the mounting, switch, high beam activation and light bar operation tested. I don’t specifically require a qualified auto electrician, but I do want someone experienced with this type of automotive electrical and accessory installation who can complete it properly. 2015 Subaru Liberty – Audio + Ambient LED Installation Looking for an experienced car audio/electrical installer. I supply all major parts. Audio: • Alpine R2-S69C 6x9 component speakers + tweeters • Taramps Pro 2.8S DSP • Taramps amplifier • Pioneer TS-WX120A powered under-seat subwoofer • Amp wiring kit, speaker adapters/connectors • Factory Subaru head unit retained Required: Install front 6x9 speakers with correct spacers and tweeters in factory locations. Connect factory head unit to DSP, then amp/speakers. Install and securely mount Pioneer sub under seat. Run properly fused power from battery, proper grounds, hide/secure all wiring and mount DSP/amp securely. Tune DSP including gain, crossover, EQ, levels and time alignment. Ambient LED kit: Install full multi-piece kit across dash, console, doors and footwells. Hide strips/wiring for an OEM-style finish. Run door LED wiring while door trims are removed.
