After stopping and turning off the engine, the car will not restart. The Start/Stop button shows a solid red light when pressed, and the Immobilizer/Security indicator is blinking on the dash. I have attempted a jump start with a portable pack, but the vehicle remains completely unresponsive. Car currently located in Chadstone

Hi, I’ve got a 2018 Mazda 6 wagon with an infotainment issue. The “Music/Entertainment” section won’t open at all. When I try to select it using the commander knob or shortcut button, nothing happens. Because of that, I’ve got no audio — radio, Bluetooth and USB all don’t work. Everything else in the system seems fine (navigation, settings, etc.), it’s just the audio side that’s completely dead. I’ve already tried resetting the system (Mute + NAV + BACK) multiple times and also re-paired my phone, but it won’t connect properly for audio. The car has also had the common Mazda “ghost touch” issue in the past (screen acting on its own), so not sure if it’s related. Looking for someone who knows these systems to diagnose and fix it.

Also, I would like the dashcam to work even when the car is parked and ignition off. I believe the electrical component needs to be installed differently.
