Electrical failure occurred while idling at a traffic light. All instrument cluster indicators illuminated, and the windshield wipers and A/C triggered at full speed independently. After stopping and turning off the engine, the car will not restart. The Start/Stop button shows a solid red light when pressed, and the Immobilizer/Security indicator is blinking on the dash. I need a dashcam installed this evening / tonight (15/12). The car is a Mazda CX8, dashcam is a Uniden Dashcam. It has front and rear dashcams. I want it to be installed where the wires are discreet. Also, I would like the dashcam to work even when the car is parked and ignition off. I believe the electrical component needs to be installed differently.
