Typical thermal expansion / cracked solder joint issue on the PCB. ​Status: The TCM has already been removed from the car and is ready for repair (loose part). ​Requirements: ​Carefully open the sealed housing/casing. ​Inspect and resolder/rebuild the cracked thermal joints on the PCB. ​Properly reseal/weatherproof the housing back up. ​Location & Logistics: ​Located around Dandenong / South-Eastern suburbs. ​I can drop off and pick up the module within a reasonable distance. ​Please mention your experience with PCB / micro-soldering or ECU repairs when making an offer. The multimedia system works perfectly—the control knob and all the buttons are fully functional. The only issue is that the entire control panel has been pushed down into the centre console, so it sits loose instead of being securely mounted. I’m looking for someone who can permanently fix it, whether that involves reattaching it, replacing broken clips, repairing the mounting bracket, or whatever is needed so it stays firmly in place.
