I have a 2013 Holden Captiva 5 (approx. 120,000km) that I’m looking to sell as-is. It is currently unregistered, has been sitting in a garage for several months, has interior mould, needs a new clutch, has a flat battery, and a bonnet dent. The car has near-new tyres and would suit a mechanic, flipper, or someone wanting a project vehicle. I’m looking at receiving $2500k, with the understanding it needs 2k spending on it and would sell for 5-6k once work is done. Located in Waverley

A friend borrowed my car …asked to top up engine oil as I was overseas.She forgot to put engine oil tank lid back & drove .Oil went all over the place .I cleaned it up but it has gone into sensors.May be MAF sensor .i got diagnostic with me . The P0171 code is a common OBD-II diagnostic trouble code that translates to "System Too Lean (Bank 1)." It indicates that the engine's control module has detected that the air-fuel mixture in the engine's first bank (the side with cylinder #1) has too much air and not enough fuel.  Key Causes for P0171:  • Vacuum Leaks: Unmetered air is leaking into the engine (most common cause). • Dirty/Faulty MAF Sensor: The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is not accurately measuring incoming air. • Low Fuel Pressure/Delivery: Clogged fuel injectors or a weak fuel pump. • Faulty Oxygen Sensor: The upstream O2 sensor is malfunctioning.  Common Symptoms:  • Check Engine Light (CEL). • Rough idling or hesitation during acceleration. • Engine hesitates or stalls. • Poor fuel economy.  Common Fixes:  • Checking for and repairing vacuum leaks (hoses, intake manifold gaskets). • Cleaning or replacing the MAF sensor. • Replacing the bank 1 oxygen sensor. • Checking fuel pressure.  Note on "Osito": The search results did not show a specific auto scanner brand called "Osito." Install recommended system to upgrade Jeep Wrangler audio system, Bluetooth Check other components are good.

I am providing the brake discs, pads and brake fluid, all ready to go - looking to get all 4 changed and a system flush. The car is parked on the street on a flat surface.

Water and oil service for my VW polo

My 2011 Jeep Patriot will not engage in Drive mode. Reverse works but when in drive, the engine just revs and doesn’t move. Need a mechanic to assess and suggest a fix.

My Ford fiesta car radio plays and the dashboard bit lights up and displays. But the buttons on the radio and steering wheel don’t work so I can’t change the channel, turn volume up down etc.
