Ignition wont start due to key not turning properly

I have an atoto unit installed in my hiace which works for the most part. The only issue is that I have to switch to reverse cam mode through using the menu instead of it coming on automatically when I a shift to Reverse. Hope this would be an easy fix for anyone who has wired up a system in a hiace (2018) before. Please provide a quote and advise of availability (I have some flexibility) and where you would do this.
