The mechanic advised that the steering coupling (plastic coupling bush that what I understood) needs to be replaced. 2) The driver-side window switch works only for “down” but not “up.” The passenger switch controls the same window correctly. Looking for a qualified mechanic or auto electrician who can supply parts and fix both issues at my location. The head unit powers on (radio, Bluetooth, display all working) but there’s no sound from any of the speakers. • I’ve already checked the fuses and tried a reset. • It looks like an issue with the wiring, amplifier, or the stereo unit itself. I have an problem with the electronic parking brake (EPB) on my 2014 Hyundai Santa fe. I have removed the EPB unit and replaced some stripped gears as well as installed a new actuator motor and controller board.. the brake now works intermittently but still comes up with error light on dash and warning alarm. I.suspect the switch in the cabin or the wiring is faulty but need help to diagnose the problem. At this stage a diagnosis would be helpful but of course a fix would be even better. The unit is currently installed and connected.
