Hi, I’ve got a 2018 Mazda 6 wagon with an infotainment issue. The “Music/Entertainment” section won’t open at all. When I try to select it using the commander knob or shortcut button, nothing happens. Because of that, I’ve got no audio — radio, Bluetooth and USB all don’t work. Everything else in the system seems fine (navigation, settings, etc.), it’s just the audio side that’s completely dead. I’ve already tried resetting the system (Mute + NAV + BACK) multiple times and also re-paired my phone, but it won’t connect properly for audio. The car has also had the common Mazda “ghost touch” issue in the past (screen acting on its own), so not sure if it’s related. Looking for someone who knows these systems to diagnose and fix it.

Price negotiable Needed 2 jump starts to get home 8km last night- Car battery not charging while driving- presumed alternator failure, battery may also be dead (it’s definitely out of charge) I have but no way to check if it needs replacing, it might just need a charge. The car comes with RWC and warranties however I need someone to do a comprehensive pre purchase inspection of the car before I go ahead with the purchase!
