Recently had my brakes replaced at my preferred mechanics. New rotors, brake pads and brake wear sensors however the Brake Wear code still persists due to a pre-existing “Emergency call system failure” code. My mechanics tried to reset but it cannot be done due to the previous fault code cutting in. Request BMW mechanic to reset the brake wear code and call system code if possible. Note: BMW dealer doesn’t want to assist as they didn’t do the brake job.
