I have ordered an Absco Garden Shed (double door) 3.00mW x 1.52mD x 1.95mH and would like to have it installed. Paving is soon to be installed in our yard and the paving installers are also adding a 3.15m x 1.57m concrete slab in the backyard for the shed. The shed will need assembly and anchoring to the slab. It would be preferable if this could be done before end of January.

Hi, I need architectural drawings created of my proposed apartment renovation ready for my submission to the Council and to provide to the builder. I have previous floor structural drawings, a site plan and I can create a current floor plan (used to be draftsperson). My renovation looks at transforming the large bathroom into an additional room, complete with a backdoor where the existing window is, then creating a new bathroom within my internal space. This will require a few non-loadbearing walls to be removed, and additional plumbing to be placed within the current concrete slab. At this point, require those initial plans so I can get the planning process underway. ** Not sure if you will need to view or it can be done online - so, I am leaving that up to your discretion. Hi guys, We are just doing a simple kitchen Reno. It's in an old house extension. In a wall cavity there is a couple of studs, which I initially thought weren't baring any load. Now that we have removed the surrounds, we want to be sure and have a pro look at it, give it the go ahead to remove or maybe install a lintel. As you can see from the pics, it's old hardwood. But there isn't a lot above the wall, ie: reasonable flat corrigated iron. Should be pretty straight forward. Cheers

Pergola is fixed to wall of house , remove existing laserlight, add new battens and secure so that the new roofing slopes away from house, remove flashing to house and seal off holes, add new flashing, seal valleys in laserlight to stop leaks. Pergola is 4.300 wide at the house and 3.200 long ( laserlight sheets = 3.200)

Removing small wall in ground floor flat to open out kitchen. I have an engineers drawings and a builder lined up to replace wall with columns and beam - my surveyor is requesting 'proper drawings' to apply for permit (Plans for construction must include: (A) proper drawings showing floor level, elevations, sections, dimensions and the sizes and locations of structural members;(B) specifications describing materials and methods to be used in the alteration; and (C) allotment plan.)
