I have brought a pergola online, I went to put it up but my BC are saying I need a license builder to do so that has current insurance and building certificate I don’t even know what it would be worth getting someone to put it up

Need help putting up a louvered pergola which is 4 x 4m

Bit off more than I could chew on this one. I built a timber pergola over my pool upside down. Was planning to flip it over in the pool myself. Way too hard for one person. Need four people to finish flipping it over. ASAP. Basically the thing in the photos needs to be standing upright on the pool concrete. However you can flip it. It's solid hardwood. Must be a few hundred kg at least.

Gutter was damaged, I do require a quote for replacement.

The timber pergola has both colourbond and lazerlite, and the lazerlite is cracking with age. There are two sheets about 4m long each with colourbond on each side, and another section on the end of about 4.5m in length. the second at the end includes two sheets covering around 4.5m and one around 3.5m in length. The last three mentioned are all at the end with no other roofing connected.
