Prep outdoor backyard area for pergola

I have purchased a mimosa burleigh gazebo from bunnings. I need it to be installed with concrete footings that are 450x450x600. The gazebo is large and may take 2 people to put up.

Very time poor with kids right now so need help applying fresh coat over pergola particularly where paint has chipped. I already have monument weather shield paint and primer along with medium roller if required so really only labor is required.

This is a newly built pergola. On top of the perforated metal sheeting is 6mil Perspex sheets. The metal fabricator made a basic attempt at trying to make this Watertight with silicon however acknowledged that this was not his area of expertise and it is quite evident that when it rains there are areas under the pergola which still get quite wet Looking for someone who is experienced with waterproofing. The job would involve getting on top of the metal structure and also possibly using silicon from underneath as well.
