Looking for a builder to quote for building a permanent pergola roof in Darlington NSW. Dimensions approx 3.5m by 3.8m. Looking for something translucent that would let sun light in, but protect against rain. Should look nice/modern too. Task is purely for a quote.

Hi dear Taskers, I need to cover my driveway (concrete drive way) and need a pergola to cover where I am parking my car. Dims are approx 3x4.5 m and it is rectangular. I need a quote first to see if it is within my budget. Pls note: I meed a quote including all material and labour, and everything if needed. Require a pergola to be built. The frame to either be gal steel or timber. It’s to run from the roof of the trailer to connect to the other shed, and to cover the side of the trailer and the steps. Roof to be made of colourbond with 2 polycarbonate sheets. The area is approximately 5m x 3m. A gutter with down pipe to be added on one side.

Dismantle complete pergola, carport, roof structure outside the house and take all the stuff away, leaving the place absolutely clean. No remnants to be left behind.

1. Replace friezes which is falling apart. 2. Replace broken Finale 3. Replace approximately 12sqm of polycarbonate sheeting that is brittle and has holes in it. Most of the sheeting is on the gable, but there's a few at back too. I'm hoping to reuse the colorbond ridge cap on the gable. The rest of the colorbond seems to be in good condition - hoping to leave that untouched. Looking for a labour only quote - we can discuss materials separately.

Repair rotting areas of pergola/wooden roof with Perspex sheeting - will need you to measure and then source any materials. Will reimburse any costs (or you can do it in two parts - measure and tell me materials, I will source, then you return to complete works. Also to reinforce/replace rotting parts of handrail. Gearing up to sell so need decent job done within best price (house likely to be knocked down by next owner). Thanks!

Heavy so will need strength or help from another person. Updated with BOM, Design layout details and sample image from website. Firstly need to remove the old existing pergola (no need for disposal). Next, setup and install new Stratco Outback unit 5.0m wide x 3.5m depth that is attached to the fascia board of the house. Both the front post to be installed into the ground with concrete. All fixtures provided with the set from Stratco. Require to have own tools that is right for the job.

The original roof is wearing out so need to replace the room. It’s roughly the size of 7x4m. Price is for labour only.
