I need a general contractor/ roof tiler to fix a leak in the pergola. It’s a very minor leak at the moment but I want to get it checked and fixed before it turns into something major. The leak is just above the barbecue in the photo.

4 x gable frames need to be lifted into place. As a single (relatively strong)person I can just barely lift a single frame (6.7m in length). They need to be lifted and put into place at an attachment height of 2.4m. Will need at least 2-3 (strong) people (3-4 including myself) to safely do the job. No tools required. Ladders and scaffold available on site as per photos. Shouldn't take more than 1 hour to complete.

I had pergola which was dismantle from old place and now needs to be installed again. Someone has to come and inspect the place first and we may need new post as the height differs from old to new

The pergola roof mostly plaster boards and seems like it is broken , I could see some mesh inside , it started wearing out , is it possible to fix it ? Apply plaster and nail it has to be painted as well. The pergola length is 3.8 X 4 M .

Painting of new deck roof and beams, with a couple of patches where drain pipes were. I will supply the paint. The size is 15m x4. Must be painted immaculately. Some of the beams are up high. Ready to go Monday morning 23/12, needs to be complete before Xmas day
