I’ve attempted to install a Milkcan clothesline on my sloping concrete driveway, but I’m struggling to get the post level both ways without using packers that end up showing and making it look really bad. I’d rather have someone professional do it so it looks perfect. • Clothesline posts need to be cut down so the final installed height is approx. recommended height is 1,800mm, but I want • Posts must be securely fixed to the concrete using the supplied mounting plates. • Driveway is on a slope, so everything needs to be leveled properly for a neat finish. Alignment to the roller door needs to look square if you look down it. I’ve already drilled 4 holes for the first plate and put a few screws in so it needs to be fiddled with. Additional Note: I’ve already drilled one hole, but it’s 12mm when it should have been 10mm. The end of a bolt has dropped into that hole. You’ll need a strong magnet (which you can bring) to fish it out. After that, the hole will need to be neatly fixed—either gluing a bolt in place or another suitable method.
