Background: Part of the driveway has settled over time due to an old underground electrical rewire. A trench was cut many years ago and the patched section has since sunk slightly. Scope of works: • This is for inspection and quotation first • The required work is a localised repair only – not a full driveway replacement • Likely works include removal of the settled section along the trench, base re-compaction, reinforcement mesh and re-pouring concrete Our priority is: • Structural stability • A safe, level surface • A practical repair expected to last around 5 years We are not seeking decorative finishes, resurfacing, or full driveway replacement. We have an outdoor shed (metal sheeting) measuring 3m wide x 0.78m x 1.7m high (brand Easyshed). It has been assembled, but the walls need to be erected. This is likely a two person job or else 1 person who is skilled at holding the walls to drill them together with nails. It should be a straightforward job IF you have experience at assembly or are a skilled tradesperson. Existing retaining walls are old and needs replacement. Please source/supply materials and include in quotation. I can supply quick set concrete mix and reuse 6 lengths of treated pine sleepers. Measures 9800mm length but height goes from 100mm to about 1200mm only. Please refer to photos, they would be the best guide. Please also state if you can remove all the debris from removing the existing walls.

3 Easyshed branded sheds to be installed on existing concrete slab, on the side of the house. Sizes are as follows: - 3m wide x 0.78m deep x 2.12m tall - 3.75m wide x 0.78m deep x 2.12m tall - 1.5m wide x 0.78m deep x 2.12m tall All sheds to be anchored to existing concrete slab using the provided anchor set. You will supply all tools required. As roof is flat (and to avoid water sleeping in between sheet laps), you will supply/apply silicone to seal each joint, and drill extra holes in the perimeter channels to assist water escaping more quickly.
