Need a easy shed installed

Carpenter to fix a water rotted pergola beam. The rotted part is mainly at the lower end going into a pocket in the brick pillar of the garage. The total beam is 5.4m long (290x45x5400) with 100mm sitting inside the brick pocket. I really want to avoid replacing the whole 5.4m piece if possible and safe to do so. There is some stair-step cracking in the bricks right next to the beam which appeared as the water rot got worse. Probably need to come and have a look to quote properly. Please indicate if you think you might be able to repair without replacing.

I am looking for an experienced pergola / roofing specialist who may be able to provide advice and possible waterproofing improvements for a custom-designed backyard pergola structure. The pergola has already been built and I would ideally like to retain the existing timber structure, as it was custom designed to suit the heritage style courtyard and outdoor space. The current issue is mainly related to waterproofing and leaking during rain. The roof uses irregular-shaped transparent acrylic/polycarbonate panels with a custom geometric design. Over time, silicone joints and timber movement appear to have caused multiple leaking points. I am NOT looking for a quick silicone patch job only. Looking to have someone install our flat pack easy shed brand garden shed, 3x3m on the existing slab. We will have taken down the old shed and cleaned the concrete slab. We would also like the tasker to remove the rubbish from the old shed. We will have this neatly stacked ready to go.
