We are creating a home-based salon in our garage We need a new set of updated drawings on our initial drawings done by an architect. These new drawings will have to be done in accordance with the building surveyor RFI's and upon inspection of the garage and going off what the previous architect had drawn.

Garage re-planned to a 6.0×6.0 m double (side-by-side) with internal access; rear tapered section as storage/workshop. 9. Improve indoor–outdoor flow with stacker door to Covered Entertaining. 10. Add linen storage (600 mm deep) and optimise general storage.

I require drawings prepared for a renovation of a terrace. It will be for pre DA purposes

I have a detached brick structure in the backyard (approx 46 sq metres) that requires replacement of a section of the brick wall as well as the infill concrete slab due to tree root damage. It may also need some reinforcement of the roof due a slight sagging of the rafters. It is more repair than a renovation but I think I’ll need permits to undertake works (Banyule Council area). Even just some preliminary drawings to get the process going. Qualified draftspeople only please.

Hello all I need a draftsman or structural engineer to visit a house an hour from Wagga, and make engineering drawings of an old church frame including Walls Floor Roof This will require you to visit site, take accurate measurements and draw the church in a sketch form, ie a good quality sketch or better still supply me CAD, Solid works files. The drawings are needed for a structural engineer to assess frame integrity. If you are a certified structural engineer and can do all including asses frame, make recommendations and or sign off...even better. This is a hands-on task suited to someone used to measuring with some equipment. Thanks
