EasyShed Installation + Timber Base + Clothesline Relocation Looking for an experienced shed installer/handyman to install my EasyShed Skillion Roof Garden Shed (2.25m W x 1.5m D, approx. 2.1m high). The shed has already been purchased. The installation area is shown in the photos and currently has pavers and a wall-mounted clothesline. Job includes: * Build a suitable timber base/floor over the existing pavers * Fully assemble and install the EasyShed * Level and securely fix the shed to the timber base * Remove and relocate the existing clothesline to the nearby brick wall shown in the photos * Bring all required tools/equipment * Clean up after completion Timber floor is important: I do not want concrete and I do not want decking-style timber with gaps between boards. I want a solid, flat, closed floor surface, using weather/moisture-resistant materials suitable for outdoor use. Before I accept an offer, please tell me: * What timber/base construction you recommend * What materials you would use * How it will be levelled over the existing pavers * How you will protect it from moisture/water underneath * Estimated material cost * Estimated labour hours * Your experience assembling sheds/building timber shed bases Small extra job: I also have 1 door peephole/door viewer to install in a timber door. I already have the peephole and the correct hole saw/drill bit. You only need to bring your drill, make the hole and install/tighten the peephole. We need a small reinforced concrete slab constructed beside our driveway, against the house/boundary fence. The finished slab needs to be approximately 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm thick and completely level/flat, as it will be used as a base for gas bottles. Work required: * Saw-cut and remove a small section of the existing concrete driveway to create sufficient space for the slab. * Existing driveway is approximately 100mm thick. * Approximate saw cuts required: * 1100mm long * 120mm long * Remove and dispose of all cut concrete/rubble. * Excavate/prepare the area as required and provide a suitable compacted base. * Form up the slab. The house/boundary side can form two edges of the area, with formwork required to the remaining exposed edges as appropriate. * Install steel mesh reinforcement, adequately supported within the slab. * Pour a 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm reinforced concrete slab. * Slab must be perfectly level, despite the adjoining driveway being on a fairly steep gradient. * The new slab must not follow the slope of the driveway or simply be poured onto/joined to the sloping driveway. * Neat finished edges and surface. * Remove all waste and leave the area tidy. Access is straightforward from the driveway. I’ve attached photos showing the location and the section of driveway that needs to be cut. Please quote including labour, concrete, reinforcing mesh, formwork/base materials, concrete saw cutting and removal/disposal of the old concrete. Please also let me know if you have experience with small reinforced concrete slabs and whether you have your own concrete saw/equipment.
