Will supply jackhammer machinery but if you already have this machinery & don’t require it to be provided, let me know & I will increase payment for the job. Once concrete is broken up, require transfer of demolished concrete to be placed at the rear of the courtyard. If you don’t have access to a wheelbarrow, let me know & I will provide one. I don’t think the concrete is reinforced with rebar so should be a straightforward demolition. The foundational construction of the courtyard itself has not been done properly from 20 years ago so seems to be a basic job done. Regarding the date, ideally need the job done on Friday 20 March but if not possible, 21/3 or 24/3 also possible. You’ll need to supply your own PPE
