Measurements ~4.5m x ~9.8m, and ~4.5m x ~3.4m. The shade cloth to be removed and not replaced. High UV protection and resistance to larger hailstones is important. The current roof could not resist the latter.

Looking for an experienced handyman to assemble a brand new EasyShed Narrow Slider Garden Shed. Details: Model: EasyShed Narrow Slider (Flat Roof) Dimensions: 3.00m (w) x 0.78m (d) x 1.95m (h) Surface: To be installed on an existing grass, anchored into the ground and timber fence poles (see the attached image). The pergola measures approximately 6 m × 5.6 m and has 8 posts.. DA consent has been granted. Will submit the CC once a contractor has been appointed. The current floor are soil + artificial grass. I need a skilled concreter or handyman experienced with small patch repairs to fix damaged edges and post bases on my driveway, before a Spray Crete resurfacing job on Wednesday (weather permitting). The repairs must be completed on this Tuesday (weather permitting, weather forecast seems to suggest sunny) so the new resurfacing spray crete can be applied the next day. Scope of Work: 1. Repair damaged sections along the driveway edge and around fence posts (see attached photos). • Fill and rebuild edges where concrete has chipped, broken, or eroded. • Shape edges to match the profile as closely as possible. 2. Material specification: • Use Rapid Set Cement All for patching (available from Blacktown Building Supplies), unless you have a strong reason for an alternative (please explain if so). • Use a suitable bonding agent (e.g., BondCrete) to ensure proper adhesion. • I can provide the Rapid Set Cement All and BondCrete, unless you have your own supply. Quote should exclude these if I buy them. 3. Surface preparation: • Remove loose concrete, dirt, and debris from each repair area. • Apply bonding agent according to manufacturer’s instructions before patching. 4. Finishing: • Smooth and shape the surface to blend with surrounding driveway. • Ensure patch is fully cured, level, and solid before resurfacing crew arrives the next day. Repair Locations: 1. Circular cut-out around gate post – fill and blend to match driveway level. (Photo 1) 2. Broken edge beside gate post – rebuild flush with driveway. (Photo 2) 3. Large corner break near opposite gate post – rebuild missing section to original height and shape. (Photo 6) Notes: • Driveway resurfaced on Wednesday (unless it rains), so timing is critical. • Job completed to a standard that allows resurfacing. • Please bring your own tools for concrete mixing, application, and shaping.

Install a dog door on sliding patio door. I will need someone to inspect the sliding door and source the right product/dimensions from Bunnings. Will add price of product to cost of labour. Offer of $200 is labour only.
