Looking for an experienced bricklayer / concreter to demolish and rebuild 2 x structural brick fence piers to a specified brief. Scope of works: Knock down and remove 2 existing brick piers Excavate and construct 2 new reinforced concrete footings. Rebuild brick piers and core-fill as specified Pier dimensions (each): 1500 mm high 360 × 360 mm Footings (each): 800 mm deep Pad size to suit pier (approx. 600–700 square) Concrete: N20–N25 Reinforcement: Reinforced footing cage, N12 deformed bar, 4 vertical bars, N12 closed ties @ ~200 mm centres, Minimum 50 mm concrete cover Steel posts: 1 × 100 × 100 × 4 mm galvanised SHS per pier. Post embedded 600–700 mm into footing. Post tied into reinforcement cage. Posts must be plumb and set before concrete pour. Pier construction: Brick piers built around steel post. Core backfilled with N20–N25 concrete. Brickwork tied to steel post. Piers to be square, plumb and ready for future gate automation Important: Structural steel carries gate loads — brickwork is non-structural. One monolithic concrete pour per footing. No dynabolting or post-install chemical anchors Access: Good Start: ASAP

Aircons removed have left large opening in the brick, needs brick replacement. Two areas.

I would like the bricks replaced on an internal wall. There is a hole left after a flue for a gas wall heater was removed. There are approximately 15 bricks to replace. The area is approximately 45cm x 60cm. The area is behind the panel in these photos. The bricks are 22cm x 7cm. The wall is painted. Tradesperson preferred.

Hi Airtasker’s, We are removing an existing hot water system that’s recessed into the wall. We want to organise a professional brick layer that would patch up the hole. Cavity size is about 1.5 x 0.45m and would require roughly 34x bricks. Client will supply the mortar and bricks as he wants it to be the same as possible. Thank you!
