I’m looking for an experienced handyman or tradesperson to restore a hollow brick wall after a failed installation attempt. The wall currently has 10 M10 chemical anchor studs (Ramset ChemSet) installed. I need these removed and the wall repaired to a clean, paint-ready finish. Scope of work: - Cut back/remove 10 steel anchor studs (flush or slightly recessed) - Clean out drilled holes (~14 mm diameter, hollow brick) - Properly fill/repair holes using appropriate masonry repair materials - Sand and finish surface flush with surrounding wall - Leave surface ready for painting (painting not required unless discussed) Important: - Wall is hollow brick (not concrete) - I’m after a neat, professional finish – ideally as unobtrusive as possible - No structural work required, but quality of finish matters Please only apply if you have: - Experience with masonry repair / patching - The right tools (grinder, fillers, sanding, etc.) .
