I require bricks to be supplied (age/reclaimed red bricks) and sunken & laid to replace grass alongside one small side of the driveway (to match what has already been done) and also as a sunken border on the other side of the driveway (only 2 brick widths). Plus sink existing bricks (approximately 11) on one small part of the front fence perimeter. Approximate dimensions: 450cm x 100cm - side of driveway where bricks will replace lawn. 700cm x 22cm(2 brick widths) - side of driveway along garden bed.

There are two sections of the fence to be cut and remove as follows: 1. Section 1 is half removed. You will remove the rest of the marked section then construct a brick pier on either side of the removed section of the fence. 2. Section 2 of the brick fence is very low. Remove the marked section of this fence. Then construct a brick pier on either side of the removed fence. Remove bricks from top part of the fence to make the maximal height to be 1.5m. You will bring and use your own equipment. The site must be cleaned up after you are done. Please quote only for the entire job and no hourly rate offer.

I'm looking for an experienced bricklayer or builder to modify my existing brick fireplace. Please refer to the attached photo for the scope of work. Required work: - Install a steel lintel at the height marked by the green line in the photo. - Build up two courses of bricks on each side as marked in red to provide proper support for the lintel. - Leave the existing inner firebox/opening (outlined in blue) untouched. - Remove all bricks and hearth tiles marked in yellow. Remove only enough brickwork so the remaining brickwork is flush with the surrounding wall. It does not need to be decorative, as the fireplace will be sealed and covered during a later renovation. The priority is that the lintel is installed correctly and fully supported by the new brickwork. The finished brickwork does not need to be a feature finish, but it should be structurally sound and completed to a professional standard. Please include: Your experience with bricklaying, fireplace modifications or structural masonry. Supply of mortar and any consumable materials required. Lintel already purchased as shown in second picture. Removal and disposal of all brick rubble and debris. Leaving the work area clean and tidy once complete.
