Post embedded 600–700 mm into footing. Post tied into reinforcement cage. Posts must be plumb and set before concrete pour. Pier construction: Brick piers built around steel post. Core backfilled with N20–N25 concrete. Brickwork tied to steel post. Bricklayer needed to complete a renovation job on the exterior of property. The job involves infilling areas around a newly installed set of bi-fold doors, ensuring a secure and weather-tight finish that blends seamlessly with the existing structure. The primary objective is to complete the wall infill and rendering as indicated in photos. NO LINTEL REQUIRED. Foam to infill the gap from the new framing to the existing blockwork. Professional render finish over it, blended and textured to match the existing render finish labeled "5". A seamless blend is the highest priority. Carefully render around the existing conduit and plumbing connections at the base.

Must delivery a high quaility of work and able to provide photos of previous similar work, be reliable and clean. Job includes- -Patching bricks into new doorway as per photo with matching morter colour to existing. -Finish end of existing wall that was cut back so hebel can be installed up to the bricks, Also matching morter colour to existing. I unfortunately reversed into our front brick fence recently and caused some damage. I am looking for a *registered* bricklayer to do the repair job as well as provide a legitimate quote I can send to our real estate. We still have all the original bricks, most of which are still salvageable. Part of what was knocked over was the mailbox which will also need to be rebuilt. We still have all the parts for it. We’ve got a small area at the back of our property where a water tank used to sit in the brickwork. Now the water tank is removed I’d like the brickwork filled in to match the surrounds. Need someone to replace 5-6 bricks that were removed during a plumbing repair. A plumber had to take out these bricks to access and fix a burst pipe. Looking for someone to properly reinstate the bricks and restore the area to good condition.
