I am looking for a fully qualified and insured person to complete a renovation for our Main and Ensuite bathroom. Renovation must include strip back of existing tiles , full waterproofing,plumbing, tiling and electrical. Main Bathroom - Full strip back including remove existing vanity, existing shower and tiles. - Build nib wall (as shown in photos) - Replace inset bath with a new bath - Plumbing - Install floating vanity - Full waterproofing and tiling of floor tiles and wall tiles (refer to designs) - Installation of taps, basin and towel racks - Electrical to provide PowerPoints at vanity and mirror light. Ensuite - Full strip back including removal of tiles, shower and toliet - Full waterproofing of Ensuite - building nib wall as per design and installation of shower screen. - Plumbing -Tiling as per designs for wall and floor - Installation of taps, basin and towel racks - Installation of toilet and vanity - Electrical fit out for outlets at vanity as required Notes: - Bathrooms can be done in parallel as the house will be vacant. - We will purchase all tiles, toilet and vanity but happy to reimburse to obtain trade discount. - I need this work to commence around 20th August - Inspection available Tuesday 28th morning if required or can find an alternative date. Hi I have a full bathroom Reno, and part of powder room work and need a plumber. It will in-n out for across few days. so need to be flexible on the date. All tapewear, shower base, vanity and toilet etc will be supplied. Approx start date is 10 Aug. But to be confirm in the coming weeks. Full demolition will be done before rough in period. all studs will be exposed. The tiles will be 60 × 60 cm and will be provided. We have two bathrooms, but we're only renovating the ensuite at this stage. Please provide a quote to tile the floor and three walls. We'll be removing the shower base, shower screens, and toilet ourselves, so we'd like the entire area tiled, except for behind the vanity where the mirror is. We are converting the laundry/toilet of our house into a bathroom. The current walls are brick but we would like to frame it up so we can have plumb walls and then we can waterproof, tile and hide plumbing/electrical etc. We also need a door and small wall built, plus space for inwall cistern. work is non-structural internal only. general layout attached - walls to be built are highlighted in blue - experienced/skilled carpenter required

I would be interested in starting this project around Sep-Dec. 1. remove the sink and vanity cabinet on the left and close of the water pipes/drainage. 2. remove the bathtub and replace with another bathtub OR shower cubicle to avoid moving drains/shower head 3. remove the laundry sink and replace with a new vanity and sink basin taps etc and counter top that runs the length of the room to the right. Included photos of what the space currently looks like and what id like ideally. Please note drainage for the bath is on the left and the taps are located right above it ( next to the window). The shower head is located to the right where the laundry sink is. Plumber required to readjust the height of the pipes, lower them. And add evacuation to drainage pipe for washing machine that will be connected to sink drainage pipe. Potentially drop the washing machine pipes lower so the bench will not be cut off? Open to suggestions here from the experts Ideally i want to not have to have to waterproof and tile everything. Trying to keep costs low is important and not be without a bathroom for more than a few days.
