I would like to renovate my entire bathroom (shower, sink, tiling etc). There has been a water leak from the shower hot and cold spindles, which has caused mould to grow and spread, causing damage to my house over time. This has spread to my linen and pantry. I need to get a toilet and vanity swapped out in main bathroom. Then new floor tiles straight over the top of existing in bathroom and laundry. Then convert a small breezeway cupboard into a wet room with toilet, basin and shower. Use a saniflow toilet for ease of plumbing. Water and power are there. I want someone to take it all on and knock it over. Thanks

Need ceiling fan replaced , will provide fan No switch on wall just a remote current fan has a light also. Also need exhaust fan in bathroom looked at , have replaced it with brand new fan but still doesn’t work. Think wiring in roof needs to be looked at
