Supply and install shower niche approx. 600mm wide x 400h x 90mm deep. Plus remove all existing floor and wall tiles. Shower area and floor tiles will be 600mm x 600mm and supplied by the OWNER. Supply and fit new ceramic top single bowl wall hung vanity 1540mm long x 450deep. Connect new vanity to existing plumbing, fit new hoses, and mini shut-off valves to new vanity unit. Fit new fixed shower screen 750mm wide and approx 2100 high allowing for slight floor lever build-up in shower area. The floor is concrete, the apartment is within a highrise complex, parking is available onsite for ONE vehicle. Work hours are generally 8.00am to 4.30pm. Replace existing toilet pan/cistern with new pan/cistern upplied by OWNER. No alternations to WC plumbing. NO alterations to existing plasterboard ceiling. Minor alterations to lighting. OWNER to supply toilet/cistern, floor/wall tiles, tapware, showerhead only. Tasker to supply and fit vanity unit with tap and plumbing fittings, shower screen and shower niche.
