I run a small Australian natural haircare brand in its startup phase, and I'm filming the first episodes of a comedy video series — think old-school TV shopping channel, played for laughs. I play all the characters, so I'll be in costume and in character and can't see my own framing. I need someone who can be my second pair of eyes and keep us on schedule. We'll shoot 6–8 short pieces (each about 30-45 seconds in finished length), all vertical, in one session. What I need you to bring: • Green screen (about 3m wide) with stands, and lighting to light it evenly and separately from me — this is the main thing I'm hiring for • High-Res Mobile Phone or Digital Video Recorder for filming • Subject lighting (softbox, LED panel or similar) • Tripod or gimbal and a phone mount — we're shooting on iPhone, not cinema gear • A director's eye: framing, keeping me on the same mark shot to shot, and telling me straight when a take didn't land What I bring: the scripts, a shot list and a run sheet, all props and wardrobe, a wireless mic, and the phone. Deliverables: Unedited raw files of the presentation and Q&A with good quality audio, plus audience/reaction shots. Files transferred by end of the same week via WeTransfer or similar. Requirements: Experience filming in conference/event settings and comfortable working around a live programme. Discreet operation — cannot obstruct the audience's view or disrupt other speakers. Own gear, shooting 4K or better. Your own independent audio solution.
