When: Wednesday 26 August, approx. 1:00pm – 3:00pm Where: Ilumina, 1 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 What's involved: 1:00–1:30pm — Set-up and sound check. Also a chance to grab some staged footage of me on stage before the audience arrives. 1:30–1:45pm — My 15-minute presentation (other speakers are also on the programme). Need clean footage and audio of the full talk, and when I'm not talking, audience footage/reactions. 1:45–2:00pm — Q&A session, also to be filmed. 2:30–3:00pm — Optional b-roll during the conference break (networking, venue, atmosphere). Deliverables: Unedited raw files of the presentation and Q&A with good quality audio, plus audience/reaction shots. Files transferred by end of the same week via WeTransfer or similar. Requirements: Experience filming in conference/event settings and comfortable working around a live programme. Discreet operation — cannot obstruct the audience's view or disrupt other speakers. Own gear, shooting 4K or better. Your own independent audio solution. Please assume you cannot get a feed from the venue's sound desk — I need usable audio captured on your own kit regardless (e.g. lav mic on me, plus a backup recorder). Please include links to previous conference or speaker footage in your quote. Stills — optional: Still photography alongside the video is a bonus, not essential. If you're not shooting stills, please shoot at a higher shutter speed (1/100–1/125) for part of the session so clean frame grabs can be extracted from the footage.
