We will provide a shotlist with people and you will be introduced to the staff who will help coordinate the shots. We will also require video of key moments throughout the night, such as the organisation's CEO giving a speech on stage and vox pops with community members. Please give an estimate to include being onsite from 6:30 - 9pm plus editing, providing video clips that would be helpful (welcome to provide options for raw video only + option for pulling together a 30 sec highlights reel). We do not expect the entire event to be photographed and videoed, only a small group which make up our charity's community.
