I am seeking a photographer & videographer to take candid photos and video at a large scale public event for a charity on Friday, 13th March 2026 between 6:30pm and 9pm. We will provide a shotlist with people and you will be introduced to the staff who will help coordinate the shots. We will also require video of key moments throughout the night, such as the organisation's CEO giving a speech on stage and vox pops with community members. Please give an estimate to include being onsite from 6:30 - 9pm plus editing, providing video clips that would be helpful (welcome to provide options for raw video only + option for pulling together a 30 sec highlights reel).
