We're a small Bakery/cafe wanting to produce a series of photos/videos of our product (the process of making and finished version too) for use on instagram stories/posts

My wedding is on Sunday April 25 and I would to hire someone to video the ceremony and parts of the reception and provide us with all of the raw footage. Time from 4pm - 9pm.

1- We need 5 raw assembly videos to be made for 5 models of our e-bikes. Our e-bikes are sold in flat cartons (4 models are 85% assembled and the other one is 95% assembled). 2- Each video should be between 5 to 9 mins, showing how to unpack the carton, how to assemble each part, how to operate the e-bike and finally some maintenance and usage tips. 3- We need only the raw videos, video editing will be done later by our team. 4- No sound recording is required. Sound will be added later to the footage by our team. 5- The person who does the assembly in front of the camera should be arranged from your side as well. We give him/her the tools and teach him how to assemble each part. 6- We have a Sony a7s and DJI Ronin SC, if it helps.
