CALLING ALL CREATIVES! We need your help! A unique opportunity to flex your writing skills in an analogue setting that you rarely see these days. Milkbar is a mens fashion label based in the Inner North of Melbourne. We are hosting a pop up on May 30 - 31 at our office, in Fitzroy North. We are looking for a creative person to sit in our window and write poems on our typewriter for our visitors. Be prepared to be creative! They might give you a topic or you may be required to think of one yourself, this is a very fluid task but we do know you will be required to think on your feet! You must be familiar with typewriters and know how to operate them. Typewriter, ink and paper will all be supplied. You will be paid for your time, or if you prefer we can offer you some pieces from our collection - happy to discuss in more detail. If this sounds like you, please get in touch with me. You will need to be available from 10am - 5:00pm on BOTH Saturday 30 May and Sunday 31 May. We will provide pieces from our new collection for you to wear on both days!
