Need the 6 hinges replaced on 3 gates to a wooden picket fence. existing hinges are rusted , 1 has broken off the wooden pillar and another broken.

Took old wooden gate down, bought a new jarrah gate from Bunnings, but it's just a tad too wide for the original posts. The gate is the right size but the posts which are attached to brick walls have expanded a few ml over the years. Just need to trim the gate or the posts to make it fit. Everything is supplied.

I need my front fence reduced in height to 1200mm, which is to Mundaring code. Above this height, I want the removed horizontal palings to be cut in half lengthways and spaced above this height to form a permeable section. The fence is approximately 50 meters long, with two gates included on two driveways.
