I am looking for a professional landscaper to provide a firm, fixed-price quote for a front yard transformation. This $50 task is for a site visit and consultation to confirm measurements and requirements. The Vision: I have attached a BEFORE photo of the current yard and an AFTER concept image. The goal is a "one-and-done" low-maintenance rental property. The Full Project Scope will include: 1 Leveling: The yard needs leveling (right side is flat; left side has a higher gradient). Must maintain a slight slope for drainage away from the house. 2 Waste Removal: Removal of all rubbish and excess Toowoomba red soil/fill. 3 Prep: Professional weed poison spray and installation of heavy-duty, commercial-grade weed matting. 4 Stabilized Path: Laying slate/bluestone pavers surrounded by river pebbles. Crucial: The pebbles must be mixed with a cement binder/water to create a stabilized, flush surface that "locks" the pavers in place. No loose/wobbly pavers or trip hazards. 5 Finishing: Dark wood mulch for garden beds and flexible edging to separate materials. Note: I will supply and install the artificial shrubs myself later. Help shovel 6m3 of mulch into wheel barrows and wheel it around the yard and dump into garden beds.
