Fix of garage roller door that is not closing - the door-sheets connecting hinges is broken. One hinge broken on each side of the door-sheet

We’ve decided to proceed with replacing our front door based on the previous quote you provided and would appreciate an updated quote reflecting the final specifications. The new door is 1200mm wide x 2400mm high x 45mm thick Tasmanian oak (to be supplied by us). It will replace the existing door, which is 1200mm wide x 2350mm high x 40mm thick, and we’d like to retain the existing frame. Before finalising the order, we’d appreciate your clarification on the following points. If there are no issues, we’ll proceed with the order and confirm your availability: Can the new 45mm thick door be installed in place of the current 40mm door without issue? The new door is slightly taller – are you able to trim the bottom on site? Ideally, this would allow you to adjust for both the extra height (2400mm vs. 2350mm) and the fact that the existing door appears slightly short by 5–10mm. Please supply suitable heavy-duty hinges/brackets, preferably in black, to support the weight of the new door. We’ll supply an electric lock – can you carry out the required cutouts and installation? We’ll also supply the pull handles for both sides of the door – could you please install these? Lastly, could you cut up the existing door into manageable pieces for us to dispose of? Please let me know if you need any further details, and kindly confirm timing and pricing based on the above. One of the door panels in the living room has fallen off. The sliding door hanger became loose, causing the door panel to fall off. I’m not sure if the part on the door panel still fits.
