1. Bathroom Door Issue The bathroom door swings inward past the toilet and adjacent wall, creating such a narrow space that it is very awkward, sometimes impossible to close the door from inside. Possible solutions could be changing the direction the door swings to outward, or creating a cavity sliding door. 2. Toilet will not flush - pressing the button does not help. Toilet previously had an issue where it was running constantly and that was fixed.

I need to have wooden awnings frames done for three windows. I have attached a sample picture as well as my window measurements. The awnings don’t need to be ornamental as shown on the example picture

Sliding door was come of its hinge from both the top and bottom from one side. Partially in tact on the other. Can help out moving the door around. However do not have tools.
