Scope of Work: Task1: New Internal Door Installation: We require the installation of a new internal door that complements an existing door within our premises. The scope of this task includes: - Provide a suitable door that matches the design and aesthetics of the existing door (reference photo available). - Procuring all necessary materials required for the installation. - Supply and install a new door and door jamb to match the existing one. - Cut a new door opening into the existing wall in the hallway. New timber framing for the door jamb to be fixed correctly. - Supply and install new door furniture including door handles, locks, and hinges - Supply and install skirtings and architraves to door frame perimeter. Task2. Closure of Previous Room Entrance: We intend to close off a previous room entrance that currently stands as an open void. The goal is to create a distinct and separate access point for the designated room. The following steps are anticipated: - Supply and install new framing timber to opening - Supply and install new plasterboard to the existing opening. - Supply and install setting compound to newly sheeted wall including 2 base coats + 1 finish coat and final sand ready for paint. - Supply and install skirtings to match existing Task3: Supply and install a bathroom wooden cabinet door with hinges and knob.
