I have a leaking window frame that needs repair. Water is coming in around the base, causing the plaster to become soft and damaged, and there is mould developing. I’m looking for someone who can identify the source of the leak, fix the frame/seals if needed, and repair the affected plaster area.

Entry door to apartment is a fire door. All the sound from the hallway can be easily heard, as can everything from inside the apartment be heard in the hallway. It appears Our cavity sliding door has come off the track. When we pull it out of the pocket it’s catches on some nails and is subsequently scraping the paint off the door (you can see a few attach marks in the first picture).
