FIX DOOR HINGES AT OFFICE ASAP! Cannot lock up due unless hinges are fixed.

I have four screen doors that have gaps where the glass door and sliding screen door meet. There's some fluffy stuff in the gap but it doesn't seal it properly. Please see photos. The screen door need to be level, the bottom of the screen door gets caught at the bottom. Causes the bottom half of door and latch of door to not close properly. Also need the wooden door possibly sanded back and painted? (Rain damage) Please let me know what you can do or ways it can be fixed.

Just i Found broken part that is chain adjuster. Dimension:Leng97mmxhigh(both side)25mmxhigh(centre)16mm. Since it is separated from the chain, I can install it myself. I wish I could buy the parts.
