Seeking carpenter / handy man to fix a number of door’s which do not latch / close properly. I may also need some door handles changed out (from non-locking, to locking).

Remove hanuka dog door and replace with new petsafe l electronic door

Supply and install internal Bunnings door. Recessed hinges and fit handle.No sanding or painting required. Only 1 room. $250

Bathroom door opens on its own. The latch is to far into the door so does not stay shut.

Install a dog door into the security screen or timber door. I will buy the dog door from Bunnings. It comes with a cut out template and screws so should be relatively easy, I just don’t have the tools

I need a 2 new door fitted to replace water damaged external doors. I have both new doors (fiberglass) on site they will be replacing external entry doors to garage and storage room. I will require the old doors removed. I will need all fitting swapped over to the new doors. I may need to have 1 of the doors fitted to opposite side of door frame.. making the door open inwards, instead of outwards. The other door is a straight swap over. I will organise for the doors to be painted.

Sanding & staining: The front door needs to be sanded down and varnished. • Handle Replacement: Remove the existing door handle and install a new one. • Materials Provided: All paint/stain, brushes, door handle, and other necessary supplies will be supplied. • Tools Required: You must bring your own sanding tools (e.g., electric sander or sanding blocks).

Install new Entrance door & smart locking system. New door will need cutting 25mm off of the height, and 10mm off of the width to fit my current door frame. Phillips smart lock installation required as door handle and locking system.

1 doggy door installed in hollow core door and 1 installed into aluminium screen door (bottom half of door is solid alu, should be easy. Assuming it will take approx 1 hour.

Bottom of laundry door has fallen off due to excessive chewing damage from a dog and damage from kids (previous tenants). Not sure if whole door needs to be replaced or the gap can be fixed with a weather strip on both sides? Happy for either option. Looking for this to be fixed June 15

Replace the rubber sealing around the door’s frame (driver side). Work only, I already have the rubber sealing. Also, I’m happy to drive around the Perth area (from Rockingham up to Joondalup area)
