You will replace the door hinges of an Infrared Sauna. The front panel and door are glass. The glass door is dropping and not lining up properly which causes it to hit the bottom wood door frame. We want the glass door to be able to close properly. New hinges are available. We need an expert with experience fixing this type of issue.

Back door is not shutting so may need sanding/plaining. Also has small crack in the wood which needs repairing to ensure frame is secure

We have a small enclosed verandah that is about 3 m x 1.3 m. We are converting it to a study. It has been used as a store room and needs a deep clean. The floor is concrete and has some residual foam underlay that needs to be removed (as much as possible); brick walls need washing (inside only); large windows need washing (inside only); ceiling needs washing. There is a drainage hole from the verandah to the outside garden so lots of water is ok. I would ideally like the cleaning done Wednesday 24 Jan, but it could also be done on Thursday 25 Jan before 2.00 pm. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 24 January 2024
