Install new sliding door in bathroom

At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the back sliding window in the master bedroom was stiff to operate. This may be due to general wear and tear. A building maintenance professional could be engaged to assess the window and replace any affected parts.

At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the bifold door to the rear patio/deck area was hard to operate. This could be due to the bifold door runners being worn and is caused by general wear and tear. An adjustment of the door runners may correct this issue. A building maintenance professional should be engaged to assess the door runners to the bifold door. Either replace or adjust the runners as required.

The safety door has detached from hinges partially. I have attached 2 photos . One where the hinges have come out and 1 where the hinges are intact.
