I have 2 doors needing replaced asap as some damage has been done to the property. They are non-standard timber doors and i will need a carpenter to help me this them, I am pretty sure the frame/skirting will need to be replaced as well.

I got 3 section wardrobe and I have fixed by my self but I am not able to fix the door, if someone can help me with door fix only would be great

Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used.
