Door on folding kitchen cupboard is out of alignment and won’t close correctly. Attempt to re-hang it ourselves hasn’t worked.

Note: Please disregard the budget mentioned in this posting. I am in need of assistance with repairing two steel door jambs that have been damaged recently. The damage was caused by water leakage from the bath, which has been resolved by waterproofing with epoxy grout. Upon inspection, it appears that the steel door jambs have suffered damage from cement ingress. I'm unsure of the full extent of the damage or the best repair approach. Replacing the steel door jambs would be a significant undertaking, so I'm exploring repair options such as removing broken pieces of steel, filling and smoothing the surface with filler, then repainting. Additionally, there are cracks in the wall joints that need to be addressed similarly. I have attached photos illustrating the issue for better understanding.
