Clean areas and remove all associated waste 4. remove x2 sets of architraves to right hand side windows (currently rotten and falling apart) Install new h3 pre-primed architraves and paint with x2 coats to match existing. 5. re-attach down pipe to guttering (currently disconnected). 6.Prepare bedroom ceiling for painting. apply mould killer to effected areas Scrapping back loose flaky paint applying oil base undercoat and plaster filling imperfections as required followed by sanding and applying 2 coats of mould resistant paint to ceiling

We need to pick up a second hand glass internal door from a Hamilton then drive to Mayfield and pick up 2 doors from our house (is an exterior door with a glass panel at the top) and then take all three doors to kennards in Sandgate. We can help with loading and unloading (the doors are all pretty heavy as they're solid wood) - we don't have any blankets to pad the doors when they're in transit.
