I have a double garage door one side won’t open. When I press the button or remote the cogs try to turn but then stop and nothing else happens

-Remove existing windows and replace with existing frame and French doors (ready to hang). -replace plaster where hole is from removed skylight OR turn into manhole if possible -if necessary suggest and install manhole in appropriate position -remove old aircon from below windows and replace with new window -plaster over holes in roof where lights were X2 -toilet asbestos panels will be removed, cost to replaster -bathroom asbestos will be removed, cost to replaster -replace shower recess -install 3x ceiling fan/light (supplied by us) -install whirly bird in roof

The last few days, my garage door hasn't been opening with the remote. I reset the factory settings and reprogrammed it, but the issue still persists. When I try to lift it manually, it gets stuck. Looking forward to your prompt response. Best regards, Saneesh
