The area is easily accessible and located at the bottom of the wall. You’ll need to bring your own tools and materials (filler, paint, etc.).

Need to replace left hand side guide wire for outdoor roller blind. Eye Bolt with wire attached ready to go - however top bracket is 5 metres up and cannot be accessed via the roof - my ladder is only 3.7 metres and I am too short to reach the rest of the way.
