Hello. The screen door to my apartment is getting caught near the top. As shown in the photos, if I close the door with some effort, the top still pokes out and I have to press it into the door frame. I need help fixing it. Both the door and frame it sits in are metal. There is a parking bay you can use in the apartment building. I'm located in East Perth and am available weekends, nights or all day tomorrow (thursday). Please let me know how much it will cost :)

Need to replace left hand side guide wire for outdoor roller blind. Eye Bolt with wire attached ready to go - however top bracket is 5 metres up and cannot be accessed via the roof - my ladder is only 3.7 metres and I am too short to reach the rest of the way. The old bolt will also need to be removed before the new one can be put in.

Front door of apartment does not sit in jamb straight. Bottom hinge appears loose but is not accesible (see photo). Requires hinges fixing and straitened to square up door so it closes snug and straight.
