My garage door is not opening properly. The remote and motor are working, but the motor struggles to lift the door. If I give the door a slight manual push while pressing the remote, it opens. The door also feels quite heavy when lifting manually. I suspect there may be an issue with the spring tension or lifting mechanism. The garage door opener is a Glidermatic GTS. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect, diagnose and repair the issue.

I need someone experienced to install an already assembled outdoor door canopy/awning above my external doorway in Craigieburn. The canopy is fully assembled and ready to install. It has three mounting brackets and needs to be accurately positioned, levelled and securely fixed to the brick wall. The job includes: * Positioning and levelling the canopy above the doorway * Drilling the required holes into the brick itself, not the mortar joints * Securely installing all three brackets * Assessing whether the supplied expansion anchors are appropriate for the brickwork * Using alternative suitable masonry fixings if the supplied anchors are not appropriate * Ensuring the canopy is securely mounted and suitable for outdoor conditions and wind loading * Supplying any additional fixings required * Cleaning up drilling dust/debris afterwards I have the supplied expansion bolts/fixings, but the Tasker should bring everything else required, including a masonry/hammer drill, correct masonry bits, ladder, level, spanners/sockets and other necessary tools. I can assist with lifting and holding the canopy while it is being installed if needed. Photos of both the assembled canopy and the installation location are attached. Please only make an offer if you are experienced with drilling into brickwork and securely mounting exterior awnings/canopies.
