Our Avanti garage door opener isn't working. When we press the OPEN switch it just makes a clicking noise and doesn't open. Seems like it's receiving the signal but the actual opener/motor is having an issue. Need this urgently attended to as we both need to go to work. Thanks in advance 🙏

My front window frame is loose and we have to hold the glass in with padding. It’s very hard to open and close as the ball bearing are worn away.
