Please see attached photos. Need to brick up old door way and part of window as indicated on photos. I will remove the door and window when the job is accepted. Groove already cut in where bricks need to go. I have put x’s the existing brick wall where they also need to be removed so new brick wall can be interlocking into existing brick wall. Window sill can be easy taken off also as it is already loose. I already have the new bricks ready to go. You just need to bring your tools and mortar, etc - Due date: Flexible

Trimming and re-installation of a bi-fold door following recent installation of timber floors.

I will need a tax receipt, so please only apply if you have an ABN. Our Handyman fell through, and this is what we need done. -Keeping current back door, but need approx 8mm shaved off bottom edge to allow for new flooring. -Replace Corinthian seal that is currently on outside edge of door (was cut too short and letting water in at each side) -Installation of shutter door which will sit on top of doorstep neatly. It will need to mount to brickwork due to size of frame ( might need a piece of timber at top edge of door to fill in gap) - We can do any painting required ourselves. -This shutter door is in its own doorframe already, although missing door handle. - Install door handle for us ( I would like to be able to choose what handle goes onto the door, but will need advice on what to purchase.) -Brickwork may need some sort of silicone treatment on the sides to fill in the gaps where the mortar is. -Would love if this could be completed n sometime before Easter so that we can get the floors laid - Due date: Before Saturday, 8 April 2023
